I might just have missed the discussion, but where is the buzz about the
provisions in the US's newly upheld insurance reforms about bf? Starting
August 1st, many women's insurances have to cover breastfeeding equipment
(and specifically mentioned is pumps adequate for those working) and
lactation "counseling" at NO cost!
I've seen some publicity about it already mandating pumping breaks for
working women.
But to have access to free lactation help and to decent back to work pumps
is HUGE.
Are you hearing about this? Are you letting your mothers know so they can
make sure their insurance plan is complying?
(It is confusing, as not all plans will immediately have this
benefit-starting Aug 1st, plans that started after March 2010 are mandated.
Others expected to move to this status over the next couple years.)

Nice to have that as a possible WBW "gift" to give mothers.
