The only way you can come on this list is by subscribing. The way to
get off it is by unsubscribing. You can do this by yourself. The way
how to do this is in the introduction message as well as in each and
every message to the list, including this angry one by yourself.
So just send an e-mail containing the text " unsubscribe lactnet "
to [log in to unmask]
