Sonya,
You've asked the billion dollar question...all companies want their bottles to be the best. Every baby has a unique suck, and every mother a unique flow, so bottle simply can't be best for every baby. (though companies claim otherwise)

Mouth placement is important...does baby accept the nipple and rest the lips on a portion of the base, mouth opened widely, or does baby suck on the nipple tip like a straw? If baby keeps his mouth in a closed position, mom needs to try a different shape. After mouth placement comes flow and pacing. A baby will be unable to pace on a bottle that flows too fast, so if the flow seems off, mom needs to try a different brand. Brands also vary by country, as well as what is available locally vs. online.
