Many of you know the story of my first 2 months with my son, and the Hell we
went thru trying to BF.  To make this short and sweet. I was in no condition
to finger feed, cup feed, or anything else.  I wanted to BF but the best I
could do was to use a bottle.  I was using a Medela nipple with the bottles.
 Chele Marmett did a consult for me, I felt very privileged when I found out
who she was, and had me turn the nipple upside down in Bens mouth.  This made
him work a little harder to get his meal, and made it so he didn't have to
pull his tongue back to control the flow, which was important since he had a
suck problem anyway.  We also did suck training with him, letting him suck on
my finger placed in the proper place in his mouth.
Maybe this idea will work with other little ones.
