To those who would use "all natural" products. :
As one who uses herbs and homeopathy with comfort, what is all natural is
not necessarily all healthy. Basically this stuff COLORAD is to cleanse the
system by eliminating toxins thes toxins are eliminated into the body fats
and then possibly into moms milk. I wouldn't recommend a body leanse without
close medical supervision with or without breastfeeding. You body works best
with a healthy diet, exercise on a regular basis and besides breastfeeding
burns and extra 500 cals a day at least.

New moms seem to be in a hurry to lose all that weight in 6 weeks. I try to
reassure them that it took 9 months to gain the weight, expect that long to
pull it off. That body fat is laid down to feed the baby for at least 6
months, without the mom having a good diet. Look at all those fat young
babies in developing countries with mom having a marginal diet. Heard a
"blues" tune the opther day- the man leave the country life for city life-
he finds and is disillusioned with all the skinny women and said" I am going
home where the womens got meat on their bones"(sic). Made this full figured
gal feel good.

Get the COLORAD mom to a good herbalist or homeopath and go with her to help
him with the breastfeeding issues.
