Reheating the milk will not "multiply the yeast." The accurate statement
is that freezing or refrigeration doesn't kill the yeast so it is still
there. If she is on medication and so is the baby, this shouldn't be an
issue.  But the  bottles, nipples and pump parts need to be scrupulously
clean; sterilize once a day or start with new ones after treatment
begins.
