Lynn Wolf and Robin Glass, both of Seattle Children's Hospital (www.seattlechildrens.org) might be great resources for you. Here is a write up about them, from a recent conference they held in Seattle:
"Lynn Wolf, MOT, OTR, IBCLC and Robin Glass, MS, OTR, IBCLC practice occupational therapy at Seattle Children's Hospital. Their clinical specialty is the treatment of infants, with a strong focus on feeding issues. Robin and Lynn see infants in all areas of the hospital, including the NICU and outpatient clinics. They are NDT trained and Board Certified Lactation Consultants, with extensive national and international experience speaking about infant feeding. Ms. Glass and Ms. Wolf have published numerous journal articles as well as the book Feeding and Swallowing Disorders in Infancy: Assessment and Management."

Hope this helps,
