Perhaps you could bring this to the attention of the nurse manager that
several moms have recently commented about this.  Hopefully you and she have
a good rapport.  Offer to do a CE program.  Or telll the nurse mgr that you
would like to do a bf CE program, even an hour on some of the shifts,
different days, etc.  Ask to circulate a needs assessment with different bf
topics that they can check that they would like info on.  Positioning and
latch may be one of them, or since it is so essential, you could incorporate
it in any no. of other talks.  I always mention that the nurse or LC should
have permission to touch the mom's breast first.
