Just want to add my voice to the chorus saying that this baby could indeed have a broken
bone. If there is an injury, it needs to be discovered and treated as soon as possible for at
least three reasons:

1. The baby needs relief from the pain.

2. The parents need relief from the relentless crying. Even the best parents are vulnerable
to hurting a baby in these circumstances.

3. The injury needs to be documented and attributed to the difficult birth so that there is no
possibility of it being discovered later and attributed to abuse.
