Robin:  How interesting that moms are using APNO while still in the hospital.  
My recommendations are to moms who are home now and calling me back for 
advice on continuing sore nipples, etc.
Using APNO preparations in the hospital (with a doctor's order) makes me 
wonder why Lansinoh or Purelan (which many hospitals routinely stock on the 
unit) does not require a doctor's order before it is given out.  Hmmm...
