The reason that you are not getting the answer you want on this subject
is that tongue movements shape the palate, and tongue mobility is partly
anatomical, partly learned.  We can work on tongue movements, but no one
that I know works directly on the palate.  If there is an anatomical
restriction (ankyloglossia, micrognathia, etc), then tongue mobility
cannot be changed *appreciably* without surgery.  We can make some
improvements with suck training, "pacifier games", and proper latch at
the breast.  Someone needs to do a study of palate shapes pre and post
frenotomy for tongue tied infants who are exclusively breastfed without
bottles or pacifiers.  Personally, I have notes rapid changes in palate
shape in a few babies as their sucking skills improved, but have not
documented them photographically yet.  Next project....
