A 32 week pregnant first time mom-to be asked me to look at her nipples
today at a LLL meeting ( in private).   She has what I would describe a
s"skin tags" on her areolas and little pin hole sized black spots on her
nipples.  They all look like moles.  This woman said that she never had them
before pregnancy and wondered if they would have any effect on her
breastfeeding. She had never shown them to anyone else becasue she was too
embarrased.  I told her that I thought that they were hormonaly induced and
would probably not make any difference at all.

I have never seen anything like this before.  have any of you seen and/or
had any experience with this?  What is it and what is your opinion?  Thanks!
