I loved sleeping with my kids, but it wasn't mutual. I snore, toss and turn, get up to pee, and generally fidget all night. As soon as they reached elementary school they headed for their own space and I couldn't get them to sleep with me. Only one of my two dogs will even sleep at the foot of my bed now.
