Julia, why don't you think that this is oversupply or too-strong MER?   To me
the combination of controlled reflux, easier time at night, easier time
sidelying, and alternating between drinking and screaming all really do sound
like flags for possible strong MER -- or, what amounts to the same thing, a
baby who may be intolerant of a normal-on-the-strong-side MER.   What do this
child's poops look like?
