Good day everyone.  I am in need of job descriptions for LC's who work in WIC. I have seen descriptions for peer counselors who are overseen by LCs, and for RDs that are also Project Directors or WIC Program Managers, who happen to be an LC, but I am looking for descriptions where the LC is working mostly as an LC. The description can include training other staff RE: breastfeeding and counseling techniques, teaching classes, etc.  Other "Education" would be an MS in a related field.  Can you direct me to appropriate sites?  I have done some searching, and have found quite a lot of information for hospital-based LCs who are also RN's or again, peer counselors for WIC who are overseen by an LC. Pay scales would be helpful too.
