I loved the photo that Laura Spitzfaden posted.  Absolutely have used that position and seen many moms use that position.  Plus there is what my son (and some other babies of clients I have seen) did, which was crawl over the top of my side when I was sleeping and dangle his head down to the lower breast and drink with his head upside down with his bottom on top of my side and legs dangling over the other side.  I don't like "methods", I like many varied creative positions that work well for each particular mom and baby.
