Have no experience with it as it is not available in Canada.  In theory,
probably should work.  Remember, however, that a big problem with *any*
topical medication is that it may cause contact dermatitis which can cause
as much pain and distress as any yeast infection.  I generally give
ointments for the nipple which contain a strong corticosteroid.
