Estrogen in the milk? So what?

Most dairy cows are re-impregnated rather quickly, and therefore are pregnant and producing high estrogen levels during most of their milking period. Therefore, most purcased cow milk [and therefore infant formula] has high levels of estrogens in it already.

This excuse for weaning sounds like another case of galactophobia to me.
