The responses from that nurse in your example were good examples of poor 
practice. Now you know some of the barriers those of us hospital based 
LC's meet at times. You just have to take it one nurse(or doc) at a time 
and one mother/baby at a time.

Personally, in general, I find the nurses far harder to deal with than 
most doctors. So much is dependent on our own past experiences (positive 
and negative)and this goes for all of us: medically oriented or not.
