Nina brings up a good point. I ONLY use a bottle with a baby who is 
already getting them due to breastfeeding problems before the mom sought 
my help. I compare the baby's performance at breast and bottle, and 
teach moms who are using bottles to encourage a wide gape (nice open 
mouth) on the bottle, and ensure that the baby is being paced 
appropriately. Babies with feeding problems are particularly vulnerable 
to being overwhelmed by flow when bottlefed.
