For those of you into lawn care, I have a question for you.

How do you know your lawn grass is too tall?

Answer: when a deer beds down in it for the night and cannot be seen or
heard by the local four-legged (non)guard dog!!!

PS This happened in my back yard last night. Mower finally got back from
the mower doctor. Only took me 5 hours (gawd!) to shear the hayfield at the
(newly christened--thank you Jay Simpson) Lactation Plantation.

I'm going into the jetted tub tonight to soothe my aching muscles. :-)
