Well we don't have or use any formula co brochures, period.  I use 2 WIC
brochures on correct formula prep.  A local League group (mine :-) gives us
the tear off sheets for BF.  Maybe local League groups in your area would
be willing to help out for dr offices.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
