Yes, I have had several mothers who experienced markedly decreased milk
supply when following the diet that you are speaking of--and other highly
restrictive diets. One was a mother of a baby old enough to talk about what
was going on, the same as your client. I think that the taste was different
because of the weaning changes in composition.
