I had the same dye and probably test last year for a retinal hemorrhage.
They told me at the time it was a vegetable dye and would be quickly
eliminated...non-toxic etc.....My kids are in their twenties so it
certainly wasn't in respnse to a breastfeeding concern..but it sounds
like not a big issue. BTW it made me sick as a dog about 5 minutes after
I got it...nasty test too but reassuring results so worth it! Don't know
if this helps...hope Dr. Hale etc can give that information.
