I have an OB who insists it is not safe to breastfeed during pregnancy. She agrees that the receptors are not active in the first trimester. She asked me for research and not kellymom. I am actually on maternity leave and have just not had much time to look besides a quick google search.

Anyone have any research or statements from ACOG or AAP?

thank you!!
