As I was going in to the hospital where my daughter recently gave birth, I
overheard a new mom saying to her family as she was being discharged, "Look
at this neat bag that the hospital gave me! It even has formula in it in
case I give up!"  I felt so sad! Already the seed was planted that this new
mom would give up breastfeeding simply by receiving that formula in the
"gift bag"!
