For those new, and not so new,  to Lactnet, please review these commands.
Commands such as these are sent to the [log in to unmask] address.
NOTES to Lactnetters are sent to [log in to unmask]  The following
are commands that may be sent at any time to [log in to unmask]

Please remember that if you are going to be away for more than a few days,
and not receiving mail, you should Set yourself NOMAIL. LACTNET generates
about 100 messages per day.  If you do not SET LACTNET NOMAIL while away,
you will either have a mailbox full and a warning from your own system, OR
you will be deleted from Lactnet, due to error generation.

To Unsubscribe                            SIGNOFF or UNSUBSCRIBE  Lactnet
To Stop List Mail Temporarily             SET Lactnet NOMAIL
