Remember that milk or spit up comes back up about about body temp (higher
than room temp) and may feel warm to someone. All body fluids are body temp,
blood, urine, etc.

p.s wish one of the MDs would jump in about the autoimmune disorder. there is
NO reason not to breastfeed. GB is a neurological disorder.
