The baby should be breastfed the same as any other.  The mother gives
both sides, uses compression to keep the baby nursing, and then offers
the supplement with the SNS, and allows the baby to drink as much as
the baby want.  Instruct the mother so that she will know how to know
the baby is getting milk.

Everything else is the same too.  A baby doing well will pee tons.

The issue here is breastfeeding, not necessarily breastmilk.  Go with
the flow, and the baby will get as much breastmilk as possible.
