I am feeling very frustrated with all the great comments on this
article.  I tried to download it a couple times and all I wound up
with was a blank screen even though the "document done" message
appeared at the bottom.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Any
ideas how to deal with it?  I will be trying at work tomorrow but
fear that the various "firewalls" may not allow me to access it
there.
