I have found the narrow ventaire stage 1 bottle very useful in transitioning 
a baby from a "regular" bottle to the breast.  In some babies I think it 
helps because they have to accept slower flow from it, and in most I think 
it helps return their tongue motion to the desired "pull" instead of "push" 
they often learn to do to protect their airways from the fast flow.
