I recognise these issues, but they are not pertinent to my post. The
original post to which I was responding to stated "I suggest that every
pregnant woman absolutely refuse HIV testing."

I am not going to get into any judgement games about which women are
more "moral" than others. I don't feel that that word or that concept is
part of our role as supporters of women, in any way, shape or form.
