My recommendation would be to co-sleep, discontinue the pacifier forever,
breastfeed during the night, bf whenever baby sucks thumb.
I am thinking baby has learned to self-soothe instead of bf at night, and
mom's supply has started to go down due to the very long nighttime interval,
and now even the daytime feeds are not very productive.
I would recommend they do this for a week or two and re-weigh.
