I wonder about this, too.  My business card (magnets coming soon, 
because no one throws away magnets!) gets inserted into the diaper bag 
of each bf mom at the local hospital.  Or at least it used to.  I 
haven't checked up on it recently, because frankly I get zero referrals 
from there and it may not be the best use of my resources.  ANYWAY, if 
the only way my info gets out there (and some LLL tearoffs) is tucked 
into a formula company advertising bag, I feel I have to accept it.  
Same with a couple of dr offices (much more productive) which drop my 
fliers into the big giveaway tote for the first prenatal visit.  I 
guess I just hope that moms can tell that what they have is an 
amalgamation and nobody is endorsing anybody else.
