Hola-
Its been a while, but happily I have just been asked by nursing management to come up with competencies so that the nurses in L&D, Mother-Baby and Special Care Nurseries can work towards those.  Does anybody out there have a link for me or a reference I can look up for such a set of competencies?  I already checked in ILCA and IBLCE and they do have them but just for IBCLCs.  We need them  for all nursing staff who works with mothers and babies.

Anybody? Any links or ideas?
