Everyone is overlooking the fact that Mom will be very ill and she will very
likely be treated with a multitude of medications many of which may cross
over into her breastmilk.

As with TB prior to medical treatment, couldn't the mother be isolated from
the baby (to avoid droplet transmission) but express the milk that could be
fed to the baby by another family member?
