My daughter's 19 inch furry red Elmo MUPPET doll is perfect for
demonstrating proper positioning.  Elmo is the right size, his mouth is
wide open, his torso and head are stable, and you can position his
floppy arms and legs however you like.  And he's so cute and silly
looking that nobody gets embarrassed "breastfeeding" him...dads
included.
