I have completed the BSC clinical instructor course and am intending to take
on 2 interns for training. Has any lactnetters done this and be willing to
speak to me about their experiences (pros and cons). I am a private
practice LC ( the only IBCLC in private practice anymore!) and we need more
in the community. I am hoping this will give quality people an opportunity
that they otherwise would not have. EMail me privately and I will respond
or call you at your convenience.

Also, I am meeting with a large pediatric practice (16+ offices, 60+ docs)
regarding providing LC services to thier clients. I have definitely decided
NOT to be an employee or physcian extender. Again, has any lactnetters
proposed anything to a pediatric practice that they would be willing to
share. Are any lactnetters working with peds practices in a way they find
advantageous or not? The ole, "If I had to do it over again, I would......."
Don't really want to reinvent the wheel and I don't want to repeat known
mistakes.

Thank you in advance,
Wendy Thomson, RN,BSN,BSBA,IBCLC
