The write up sounds like this was a case study, but they measured gut
bacteria of a breastfed baby as he introduced solids (and formula):
"Besides a course of antibiotics to treat an ear infection, it was the
introduction of peas and formula milk that caused the greatest
upheavals"

Good to have some (more) science in this area!
