Dear Enquiring Minds,

It is true, Canada is easily as heterogeneous as the US, and we have our own
third world. But everyone in Canada does have equal access (within the
bounds geography and other issues such as under the table jumping the
queue--a mixed metaphor if ever there was one) to medical care. Is that why
Canada's infant mortality rate is much lower? Maybe that's one thing.
