In preparing for inservice on BF, I need references/citations for the
following of which surprisingly I could not easily locate.
1.   continuation of prenatal vitamins during lactation  [anecdotally, I know
of this but could not find reference for this]
2.   the increased use of fresh colostrum and/or mature milk for sick
neonates [both preemies and term]
