Esther's post about appearing on TV is brilliant.  I am imagining Esther on
the Titanic as it's going down, and she's not getting in a lifeboat, she's
busy on deck making sure the mothers know how to latch their baby on
correctly so they don't get sore if they are lucky enough to be rescued...
And if they don't get rescued, at least that last feed will be an effective,
comfortable one.  I do not mean this to be an insult!!  I'm just in awe of
Esther's focus.

It's really true about keeping your focus.  Decide what it is you want to
convey and reply to every question in a way that gets YOUR message in there.
Nobody will remember the numbers or the diseases that are more likely to
strike them down if they don't breastfeed, but everyone will remember that
maniac with a doll and a cloth breast who kept doggedly bringing them out
and showing how they fit together!
