A mom has asked me about dosage for using brewer's yeast or nutritional yeast for increasing supply. I have the reference from Sheila Humphrey's Nursing Mother's Herbal, but it has no reference as to amount, while the kellymom.com table is pretty old and the underlying reference link is broken. Any suggestions? Thanks.
