I sent an e-mail to bob Goodman from the No Free Lunch site (
http://www.nofreelunch.org/  ) about adding the whole issue of the
artificial milk industry and how they have "bought" the docs.   I got a
quick response from him that he would get on it right away.  If anyone
has any good references about the relationship between docs and
artificial milk companies, or even experiences in your hospitals, you
could sent it to him:
