We at my boutique have used Quick books for years and have tracked the pumps
using this program. It is an easy way to do it and you can print reports
with the exact information you need.

Yes, I have checked the archives but info there is non-specific, I need to
get this up and running soon.
If you (or your facility) have 20+ rental pumps, could you please reply
privately with info as to how you manage tracking, inventory, billing, etc.
I have been getting some info on using the Lac-Trac Pump Rental computer
program (Larry Levine from CT)- if you have experience using this, I'd love
to hear the pros and cons, and also any other systems you use, TLC,
etc. I'm hoping to find something that handles retail sales and rentals,
generates bills and reminder letters, manages and keeps track of retail
inventory, etc. Is that wishful thinking?
Do some of you just use simple filing cards, even with 25+ pumps out? Or
some other home-made spreadsheet?
Please reply to me privately, and I will compile and post to the list a
summary of what I found.
