I just have to reply to this. Any of you have experience in this matter from
your young and foolish years? What about the notorious "munchies" that
marijuana smokers often experience? I've sure never heard it described as an
appetite suppressant!

But on a more serious note, Ros's post is very interesting and something
worth continuing to look at. Maybe someone could be encouraged to do some
research on the topic, although I know it's problematic because we ARE
talking about an illegal activity here, and most mothers would probably be
quite reluctant to come forward to volunteer for a study. Maybe it could be
done in the Netherlands where marijuana use, while not legal, is overlooked
by authorities.
