I see it a fair amount too, most notably in a client of the hb practice
i used to apprentice wtih  - she  nursed multiple times per hour around
the clock, shared sleep with her baby, no 'other' nipples of any kind,
baby was not a thumb sucker,  mom was quite thin - 4'11 and  95 lbs.
Got pg at 4 mos pp.  Kept him nursing through the pregnancy and went on
to tandem nurse both babies.

after the second birth, while tandem nurisng she started cycling
(charting and seeing temp rise indicating ovulation), started bleeding 6
weeks pp
