Kathleen,
I agree that milk thistle can be useful here and I think the dosage for
tincture or caps from Mechelle or the tea would be great (tea would be
preferable, IMO), but I have also seen liquid chlorophyll do an amazing job
of rebuilding blood after serious blood loss. I would encourage both.
