We have Peds that supplement MM with powder formula to increase the calories
If the baby is FTT - slow weight gain - need catch up weight and moms has milk
Keeps baby nursing and MM

Mom pumps every 2 hours to boost supply and get milk to fortify
Or Mom pumps before nursing and removes ~ 1 ounce
Then breastfeeds
To 50-60cc of EMM they add 1 tsp of powder formula = ~ 27 cal/ounce
Feeds one ounce of increased calorie milk.
