Not only mothers. I have a 'break the ice' quiz I give to health profs when
I do talks etc, and it starts off having them pick from a choice of 4
options what the bf rate is in the UK, what it is locally, and Qs like
that. Then it goes on to ask them 'tick all which have been shown to
benefit breastfeeding' and I put things like limiting feeds, scheduling
feeds, a healthy diet, rest, beer and stuff.

The trick is that none of them should be ticked - they are astonished when
the 'right' answer is given....and I have to give them good references
otherwise they really don't believe me.
